BTE Fit Therapy
My main goal is help each and every patient get back to the activities they enjoy doing most with the least amount of pain possible, whether it's the greatest bodybuilder in the world, a middle aged housewife, or a 90 year old grandfather.
I strive to provide the most efficient and research based treatment strategies during my sessions that correlate best to the individual at hand. Every one is different and should be treated differently based on their own body structure and mechanics, response/tolerance to treatment, and overall understanding of the therapy process.
I not only manually provide treatment during the session, but also educate and explain what I'm doing, why I'm doing it, and what needs to be done in the future to PREVENT these issues from occurring again. Every patient will be given corrective exercises in the form of stretches and specific strengthening exercises that SHOULD be utilized after treatment sessions to maintain the results that were gained from the session.
With that being said, you will leave BTE Fit Therapy sessions with a greater understanding of what's going on and how such issues occur in the first place, to hopefully help deter them from occurring in the future. Oh yes of course, you should feel better than when you came in!

My main goal is to educate the world on the importance of exercise and proper nutrition in achieving a body transformation.
Why educate? Why not directly transform people's bodies for them?
First off, I will not be on the this earth forever. I will not be able to be by your side 24/7/365 to make dietary and exercise decisions for you. You need to be able to understand how and why certain decisions will affect your physique.
My meal plans and workout programs are extremely effective in the short-term and will aid your transformation. But, the biggest benefit out of this doesn't come from the plans themselves, but the knowledge that you will gain by being under my guidance. I will coach you until you are forced to understand why you have to eat this amount of fat or perform this exercise for that body part.
Fitness is not a destination, it's a journey. Your transformation and life doesn't end after 6-weeks. You need to keep transforming or maintain the physique you worked so hard for to be successful. Using this 6-week fitness and nutritional experience as a lifestyle change will be the key to your on-going success.
I will be there every step of the way throughout your transformation but I hope to see you flourish without my guidance as soon as possible.
